Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal nature of perfumes and cosmetic products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products.

However, returns or replacements may be accepted in the following cases:

Wrong product delivered

Damaged product received

Missing items in the package

Product leakage during transit

Return Request Timeline

Customers must raise a return or replacement request within 48 hours of delivery.

Refund Process

5–7 Days
Business Days to Original Payment Method Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
